I am a certified master coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute, passionate about creating new structures to support our ever-changing world, which makes start-ups, and curious, courageous leaders a favoured playground. My ability to connect with and envision clients’ potential, and then mobilize them towards this has been a distinctive feature of my leadership and career success.
I’ve built a reputation for partnering with clients to achieve significant growth. My extensive commercial background managing a $1BN international business, and as the former Director of Talent Development for Nike Inc, provides a strong global dimension to my coaching work. The diverse experiences of my corporate and independent career as an entrepreneur and coach, have afforded me the opportunity to work with influential thought and business leaders in start-ups and leading brands across sectors in Africa, Europe, USA, Asia and Middle East.
I have designed numerous bespoke coaching experiences to cultivate authentic, purposeful leadership and high performance teams needed to navigate the complex global landscapes and unprecedented change that leaders face daily. “Leading with Purpose: A Case for Soul Leadership” resonates across generations, speaking to the need for self-empowered, conscious leadership driven from a place of self-awareness, self-understanding and self-esteem as a means for creating impactful and sustainable change.
